I've been sewing and I am working on many things I've taken sweatshirts, cut them up the middle, embroidered on them, added a fabric placket.... and I am working on about 7 different quilts. I am actually just sewing up loads of fabrics I have stashed so anything is fair game. I had a block left over from one of the quilts and this is a quick little purse I made. Can you see the beads I've added? And here is one of the sweatshirts with Minnie and Mickey doing the jig!!! Thanks for lookin'...

Oh my goodness Carole, your sewing projects look AMAZING! I love that tote . . . I looked at the enlarged view by clicking on the photo, and I think that the color combination of all the fabric just look great! The beading looks great . . . what a nice detail to add to a tote for interest!! The Mickey and Minnie sweatshirt is very cute, especially with that embroidery on red! WOW! You are one talented lady! Just fantastic!
Thanks, Carol...for the kind comments. I love to sew, just hadn't done any for quite a few years because paper stuff took over my life. Now I am in full swing again. I just got 5 new embroider design CD's and at this moment I am embroidering Southwest designs on about 7 swatches of fabrics which I will make into purses. And of course, I will add my bead work.
