BBTB2/Christmas Noel/Candle

Happy Monday. Today the BBTB2 team presents a candle cut selected by DT sister Sandi Kelly from the Oct 31 cartridge. I do not have that cartridge, but since we can use a candle cut from any other cartridge, I selected Christmas Noel. I really like this little Solutions Cartridge because it has so many beautiful Christmas dies to create with. However, this sweet candle shape works quite well for birthday candles. The papers on the 4 candles came from a snippet of double sided paper in my scrapbin. The cute and colorful striped paper background came from a sweet paper pack that I bought from Die Cuts R Us store here. This is a birthday card for a 4 year old girl. The number 4 was cut from Don Juan cartridge, and all of the elements were placed on embossed Nestie cuts. The sentiment is a Cutting Cafe sentiment from one of Regina's wonderful sets. You can see her delightful printables here. The base card has been embossed as well with the birthday greeting folder. Please visit BBTB2 and take a gander at the wonderful cards the design team presented.

Carole--I absolutely love your candle cut you used. It's fun and festive, just what any 4 yr. old would want. It takes way more effort to come up with a design when you have to use another cut from a different cartridge. Bravo--well done!!!

What a great B-day card! I used the Christmas Noel cart also, actually I don't have ANY Halloween Carts. Well I fixed that this week and ordered Happy Hauntings, lol! Love all the embossing also and pretty colors.
