Corner Flowers
Another Regina challenge. I so look forward to them. She asked us designers to use the Jasmine Cricut cartridge, use the corner die and it must be in yellow. This is my take...a pretty yellow flower made up solely of corner dies.
Cricut: Jasmine
Cuttlebug: Embossing Folders
Sizzix: Leaf Trio
Along with a flower punch, some scrap bin papers, a little sewing, and the sentiment is from my Xyron Design Runner.

Love Letters
This is a stacked unit consisting of 6 envelopes. The top and bottom envelope has chipboard inside, the other 4 have foam board, and all but the top and bottom envelopes have a window of 4x2-1/2 inches, cut slightly different than the envelope before it. The top and bottom envelope are fully rubber stamped and embellished while the other in between are stamped on the edges and distressed on all edges. When they are stacked and glued, line the windows up. When stacked it appears as though you have a stack of lovely love letters. And the stacking results in a sweet little treasure box inside which you will line with patterned paper. The corners are enhanced with flower punches and buttons. I dropped a sentiment tag with ribbon and button inside.
Two ribbons are attached between the bottom and next envelope and then tied shut. The top envelope has a postage stamp, and further embellishments, hand writing, and a rubber stamped flower with a Sizzix leaf.

This is the current challenge from Regina at BBTB. We were asked to do an envelope die cut from the Doodlecharms Cricut cartridge. I used Basic Grey paper, Cuttlebug Embossing folders, the Doodlecharms gave me the envelope, the insert and the heart, and I added a tie tack and a cloisonne' bead with metalic threads. Take a peek at the designer entries at the BBTB site. You'll love the creativity.

Star Card
Okay, I finally tackled a Star Card. I had intended to do one long before now, and this morning Carol Duval did a Star Card on her show...so I just decided it was time. This is the trial card and the next ones will have a bit more planning involved. Nonetheless they are a lot of fun. And like with any new project that has a few instructions attached, once you get the procedure down, the next ones will just slam dunk into place...

Blended Cards
This series of cards were done using the blended affect of Primsacolor Pencils and 100% Mineral Spirits and a blending tool or cottonswab. These rubber stamps have been in my stash for at least 10 years and I love them all, especially Fat Cat. Who can resist the face on that puffy lil' darling. Perhaps I will teach this technique. It's fun.
Supplies: Papers are scrap bin, rubber stamps by Provo Craft and Eureka, color pencils by Primsacolor, Mona Lisa Odorless Paint Thinner, Cricut cartridge for the hearts as well as squeeze punch, Cuttlekids Alpha dies, ribbons.

Little One
We designers were asked by Regina to do a "shape card" using the Cricut New Arrival cartridge. This is my take on the challenge. I used the New Arrival cartridge for the title of the card, the footsies and the butterfly paper charms. Zutter Wire created a journal type card, and I used the Cuttlebug Embossing folder for Baby.
